One sunny day in February my friend from the Center of Jewish Education of Ukraine proposed to me that I become a webmaster for the Institute of Jewish Studies (IJS), in order to participate in Jewish Web Week. I agreed, went to the JWW site and registered the IJS site there. This project interested me very much, so I decided to explore the JWW site in more detail. This is how I got to the JVibe site.
