Tell us what you think about the Jewish Reconnection Project!

Hi everyone!

We want to know what you think of the Jewish Reconnection Project's web video series. Check out what four of our JVibers think of the second installment about intermarriage here. Maybe you agree with what they say, and maybe you don't! Either way, post to our blog with your own opinion. We want to know how you feel!

Did Al Gore deserve the Nobel Peace Prize?

The morning of October 12, 2007, was the same as every other: I woke up, showered and checked the news before going to school. Today, the news came as a pleasant surprise: Al Gore had won the Nobel Peace Prize. I was thrilled because I strongly believe in finding a solution to the climate crisis. As I began to drive to school (note the irony), I started to think more about it. Al Gore has worked hard to raise awareness about global warming, but I wonder, was the Nobel Peace Prize the right honor?
